Hand-Cranked Ice Cream Freezer Distrify is back in Sheffield in 2011 for more Hand-Cranked Docs & Ice Cream at Sheffield Doc/Fest. Every evening at the festival we will crank a live batch of fresh homemade ice cream or sorbet, and you can choose the flavours!
